With key piece you will have access to all the fitness facilities from kl. 06:00 to 23:00, everyday day - all year. Key piece costs 100,-

Moderate strength training with and without weights. Low intensity, focusing on proper and good exercises.

The training is varied with fitness, coordination and strength training. The exercises are also customized so that each person can train at their own pace.

The Mix-course has participants from Fyllingsdalen, Fana, Kalfaret, Golta, Kolltveit, Selbjørn, Hjellestad, Bryggen, Strandgaten, Lokøy, Frekhaug, Arna, Foldnes, Straume, Brattholmen, Knarvik, Askøy and many more places!

You can start the course whenever you want. If you sign up after the course start, you will not pay full price.

Situated in the hall for the youngest (3-5 years), while parents and guardians can attend a workout.

Circle training on easyline devices, were the whole body gets exercised in a good and efficient way. The hour ends with good strecthing and relaxation.

We offer zumba on the last wednesday of every month. Zumba is a dance and workout concept based on latinom music. These classes fits all.

Effective fitness training on a spinning bike with a driving and engaging instructor. High intensity and good mood.

A proper diet gives you energy and profit, well-being and good mood. Liaskjærshallen offers dietary guidance and we are happy to help you with your diet. Advice and guidance, dietary analysis, energy requirements and diet plan. The diet guide will help you tailor your needs and goals. Nutritional guidance NOK 550,- pr hour.

Personal training in smaller groups of up to four people. Here the PT tailors the training according to the participants' wishes with individual considerations and close follow-up. Here we also offer training programs and diet programs. Training in groups is more social and fun for all participants - which gives extra motivation.

Personal training for two. Here you can work out with a girlfriend or spouse, friend or colleague, and get training customized to your needs and wishes. This gives the best possible effect of the workouts. Get an advantage with equal goals, while taking individual considerations. Fitness programs and diet programs are offered to those who wish.
